Soft cheese knife
Unique knife, with traditional and modern shape at the same time, is used in cutting of soft cheeses. The three hearts cut into the blade allow the releasing of cheese after cutting to avoid nasty attach of cheese to the blade. Made in according to technical quality requirements of professional knives, but with the handle in essence Bubinga covered with a layer of oil and finished by hand for better aesthetic taste. The gift box make further precious to this particulary object.
