The cheese set consists of an elegant wodden knifeholder in essence of Ashtree and cutting board made in same wood framed by essence of Bubinga where is inserted a tempred slab of glass; all parts are treated with non-toxic pigments suitable for contact with food in order to protect against liquid. This set is equipped by following tools made in Bubinga wooden handle hand finishing and covered by a little layer of natural oil: soft cheese knife, harder cheese knife, cheese knife wide blade and cheese fork.
